Оригинальная игра в стиле пазла.
От игрока требуется открыть все объекты на игровом поле(элементы игры Сапёр), тем или иным образом влияющие на поведение шаров, которые можно выкатывать из любого края поля. Таким образом, игрок знает начальное и конечное положение шара, что даёт возможность обдуманно, шаг за шагом, обнаружить все ловушки.
В игре достойная графика, приятное звуковое сопровождение, 3 режима, встроенный редактор и подробные подсказки по каждому игровому элементу.

Changes since v1.1:
• The game can now be left running while installing additional emailed or downloaded levels.
• Decreased the download size by adding support for a more advanced and optimized image format.
• Kids Mode has been renamed to Magic Balls Mode.
• Regular Mode has been renamed to Mystery Balls Mode.
• When you first run Pathstorm, you are presented with a dialog to choose between the two modes.
• The initially lengthy tutorial is shorter now.
• All tutorials use highlighted keywords. It should be possible to just read the keywords and get the point of the game.
• The level opening dialog lets you know the level is a tutorial.
• When there are multiple caves on a tile, you'll receive a dismissible dialog teaching how to use the multi-cave tile.
• When you are first in a Find the Exits level or click the exposed playfield, a reminder dialog appears giving instructions.
• All the masks used to make Pathstorm levels are provided in the Puzzle menu.
• All themes used to make Pathstorm levels are provided in the Puzzle menu.
• Fixed the eagle sound to happen when the eagle appears and not one level later.
• Fixed a couple shutdown crashes.
• Build your own levels! Our previously hidden level editor has been fully exposed, cleaned up, and is fun to use!
• Support for sending emails through SMTP. Gmail's SMTP server, for instance, is smtp.gmail.com.
• Windowed mode fix for 800x600 displays.
• Ball could flip tiles that shouldn't be flipped, leaving them invisible.
• Fixed a bug that prevents a user mask's width from exceeding 20.
• Puzzle menu updates for variable speed balls.
• Clear the widescreen borders when full screen.
• When deleting the config.dat and not the ProfileData/ directory, repopulation of the standard journey levels would result in bad levels. Fixed.
• Some random crashes when shutting the game down at certain points.
• Several other miscellaneous usability enhancements.
• Some more stuff.
