Обработка, ориентированная на заказчика: Сортировка заказов по различным типам объектов, сложные лестничные комплексы и отдельные лестницы. Все это - существенные преимущества версии 9. Обзорная структура позволяет осуществлять простой и быстрый доступ к любой необходимой информации.
Интегрирование банка данных: Сетевой банк данных Клиент-Сервер-Банк, дающий совершенно новые возможности для отдельных рабочих групп.
Редактор документов: Для редактирования описания чертежей в Вашем распоряжении удобный редактор документов, с помощью которого Вы сможете ввести дополнительную сопутствующую информацию, как то - эскизный план, 3-х мерное изображение, чертежи деталей и пр. При выводе на печать параметры автоматически определяются программой исходя из настроек Вашего компьютера и с учетом требования Вашего проекта.
Интерактивная простановка размеров: Автоматически рассчитываемые размеры на чертеже можно изменять и дополнять. Длина, расстояния, координаты точек, радиусы, углы, текстовый ввод. Различные режимы обеспечивают точную идентификацию графических элементов.
Модуль CAD: Все конструкционные детали передаются в модуль CAM (шип, обшивка, косая врубка, пазование под шурупы, шканты, минишип, пазование под навесные шканты, крепежные винты, растяжки и многое другое).
Модуль CAM: Модуль CAM создает на базе чертежей ЧПУ-программы для станков с ЧПУ. Программы ЧПУ позволяют быстро и без вмешательства человека управлять процессами. Пользователь имеет быстрый и простой доступ к различным предустановкам машин и обработок.

The Staircase-Software Programs 9 (SSP 9) of Compass Software (CS) consist of several software modules for the construction and production of staircases. All modules are integrated into a common user interface and merge into one another.

CAD-9 Plus is the basic module for the construction. You can use it for the following tasks:

definition of the well hole
ground-plan construction
height construction (side view)
construction of the return handrail
3-dimensionale presentation of the constructed staircase
draw up parts lists and measured drawings for the production
draw up 1:1-paper templates for the production
draw up drawings for offers
With additional options you can extend the SSP 9 according to your needs.

Features:
Order-oriented processing
The data administration is simplified by subdividing the orders into building projects, staircase layouts and single staircases. The clear structure enables a fast and simple access to all relevant information. These are stored in an object-oriented database.

Well-hole construction
You can choose between 4 different variations for the well hole or construct any form you want with the help of lines and arcs.

Ground-plan construction
Here you construct one of the following basic variations:
straight
one-half turned
two-half turned (also S-form)
3/4-turned
4/4-turned (entrance and exit not overlapped)

After the input of some parameters and the selection of a user-defined predefinition, the construction is made automatically. All parameters can be changed during the construction.

Strings
each string can be activated or deactivated individually

boxed faceside and offside
open faceside and offside
boxed faceside and open offside or the other way round

alternately boxed and open and can therefore be combined with each other in the case of angled staircases
all above-mentioned variations with strings parallel and anti-arallel

with slants and roundings in the angles, faceside as well as offside; input of slants: via measures or angles, anti-parallelism via angles or coordinates
determination of thickness individually for each string

a lot of kinds of joint

Treads
tread winding with mouse or with measure input
harmonious faceside and offside or straight, redistribution faceside and offside
display of tread-head measures for each tread faceside and offside
slanting entrance, exit tread also via angle input
up to 29 treads per staircase
with the help of the input of the tread-head measures or by applying the mouse, a tread can also be enlarged to a landing at any position
tread prolongation at the exit (right and left), for open staircases additionally offside and faceside

the first two treads as constructable bull-nose treads (faceside/offside, front edge curved)

Posts
cross section rectangular or quadratic
input separately for each post
positioning via measure input

at the entrance, exit and in the turn also on the tread
in the case of angled corner joints also hexagonal
within a string as intermediate post on or between the string (string is separated), under or between the handrail (handrail separation)

Banisters
bars
bars on tread
bar division via raster, measure input (beginning, end and continous) or freely shiftable with the mouse; display of all raster measures, bars in the project
handrail/handrails can be chosen individually or completely, independently from the string, with or without bars
wall handrails can also be arranged, the distance to the wall is determined via measure input
bars with bottom rail

Height construction (strings, banisters, posts)
The program takes over the ground-plan data and constructs the side view. These are the most important design possibilities for the user:

Strings
Automatic construction as line construction or as construction of individual strings (course of the top and bottom edge is curved) with heigt adaption of the corrections.
In order to design the shape of curved strings, the user has the following additional possibilities:
correction of the contour line with the mouse by positioning additional points between the offsets
determination of the general position in relation to the offsets by switching to the respective mode (interpolated or approximated)
shifting of the offsets
bottom and top contour line parallel and antiparallel
with straight contour lines parallel or antiparallel
single strings can be separated into several sections (especially important for landing staircases)

Further functions:
display of the cursor position, measurement function, scale display, additional joint correction
modifications via measure input or with the mouse

String-handrail
After the construction is completed, the handrail can be connected with the string to one staircase part. The banister-bar drillings are positioned offside. This has an advantage especially for the CNC-processing (additional staircase software CAM/CNC necessary)

handrail unwinding (parallel to the string or with distance, relative to the tread edge), correction of the parallel shift or curve course via measure input or with the mouse
handrail-post connection (course: over post, as open string only at the entrance and exit, between the posts)

Joints
Variable positioning (with measure control and measuring functions) of:
screws and dowels for the joint of string-string, string-posts, handrail-handrail and handrail-posts
drillings for wall fixation
